Important Information – There is some flexibility but typically check-ins will be after 3 pm and check outs by 10 am. All weekly stays run from Saturday to Saturday (unless other arrangements are made). There is a 9.875% lodging and sales tax that will be added to the costs associated above. Prices and availability are subject to change.
Reservations & Deposit – There is a reservation deposit of $125 for reservations of 2-4 nights. On a one week stay there is a reservation deposit of $350. Reservation deposit can be made by check or through paypal within 7 days of booking to avoid cancellation. Visa & Mastercard may also be used by calling the contact information. If both lodges are rented together the entire balance must be paid 30 days prior to arrival. We kindly request that any cancellations must be made in writing, at least 30 days in advance. Cancellations made less than 30 days will try to be re-marketed but failure to fill the unit will be the renters responsibility. Otherwise, the Deposits are non-refundable and are credited to the last day of your reservation.
