About Facowie Lodge
Facowie Lodge is nestled in one of Minnesota's most beautiful areas that have an abundance of activities within a 10-mile radius. There is an abundance of lakes for fishing, miles of rivers for canoeing (many different classes of rapids), thousands of acres of public hunting land, hundreds of beautifully groomed snowmobile trails (one of the main trails crosses FacowieLodge property), hiking trails and beaches nearby and the opportunity to do many, many other outdoor activities. We have provided information on this website so the outdoor enthusiast has the opportunity to enjoy the benefits of this beautiful area.
The concept behind FacowieLodge is to provide reasonably priced Northern Woods accommodations for responsible parties. The vacationers are responsible for doing a modest set of procedures including move in inspections, move out inspections, and cleaning the lodge when the stay is over. In return, the rates are set to compensate the vacationer for accomplishing these tasks. It turns out to be a very modest amount of effort for individuals who what to stay in a quality rental at a reasonable price.
